TECHNICAL SERVICES
JEWELLERY PRODUCTION
The service we give can be complete production including design, 3d design, casting setting including invisible setting and finishing, or parts of the process according to the needs, in competitive prices.
What we discovered is that many of our customers around Europe do not have access to high quality goldsmith and setters or, the cost of production in their cities is so high that they couldn’t be competitive. We serve today about 10 different customers produce from complete product to parts.
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING
The meaning is that Windiam is sourcing only from legitimate suppliers where we are sure the source of the diamonds is legitimate.
We leverage on the quantities we purchase, the wide range of qualities and the fact we supply many of our suppliers with their Rough Diamonds to get better prices and the Diamonds we really need for our customers.
EDUCATION
We give workshops to customers and their customers about the diamonds so the staff will have better knowledge of the product. We realized that many times the staff is very un-educated about the diamond and many times faces customers with questions they can’t answer, we believe knowledge is an important sale tool and we provide that.
The work shops are usually taking place in the premises of our customers but from time in Antwerp. We also provide training, many of customers are sending their new employees such as the buyers and production managers to us for a more extended training to better understand the product and the processes preparing the stones.
REPAIR
Antwerp is synonymous with perfection and over 500 years of master craftsmanship. Our Antwerp-based headquarters gives us access to the best polishers and cutters in the world. We repair your customer’s gems to ensure quality and customized service.
STOCK SERVICES
MEMO PROGRAM
Windiam understands the more diamonds your customers can inspect before purchasing the more your sales increase. That’s why we’ll loan you the premium diamonds you want on credit, interest-free.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Presenting your collections externally (e.g. trunk shows) is an excellent way to build your brand. We’ll support you by taking your event to the next level with one of our representatives and a premium stones collection.
