Windiam MFG is our own manufacturing facility in Surat, India, at the heart of the flobal diamond cutting and polishing ecosystem. Opening it was not simply a business decision. It was driven by a single conviction: if we want to stand behind the integrity of our diamonds, we must stand behind the conditions in which they are crafted. With 295 employees, Windiam MFG brings ESG from principle into daily operations.

GOVERNANCE
The Highest Ethical Standards
Windiam’s CSR efforts have been independently audited by third-party auditors since 2012, making us one of the longest-standing RJC members in global diamond trade. In 2025, we completed our fourth RJC recertification.
We adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification System and the World Diamond Council System of Warranties. We apply the OECD 5-step Due Diligence Framework across our supply chain. Our 25-policy Procedures Handbook covers ethics, sourcing, human rights, labour, environmental management and governance, applied across all operations including Windiam MFG.

Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Windiam is a Certified Member of the Responsible Jewellery Council since 2012 and a member of the Watch and Jewellery initiative 2030 since 2024. Our ESG strategy is built around five clusters, each measurable through KPIs and aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Our Strategy is rooted in accountable diamond supply. Our future economic growth will be achieved with social and environmental responsibility at its forefront, not as a constraint, but as a foundation.

Action in Focus,
East Africa
Windiam supports Action in Focus, an organisation helping children in rural East Africa access education, healthcare, and essential services. Over the past decade, we have supported more than 150 children through primary school and continue to sponsor pupils through secondary education.
