For over three decades, Windiam has supported jewellery and watchmaking houses with natural diamonds and services shaped around their needs. The Paris atelier takes that relationship further: already-cut diamonds, recut to the exact measure of each creation. Each project begins with the dimensions, proportions and visual consistency required by a specific piece.

Taille sur œuvre means adapting a diamond to the actual piece of jewellery.
The Meilleur Ouvrier de France diamantaire measures and resizes each stone, with the actual piece as the reference: dimensions, proportions, facets and alignment, until the stone fits the creation.
Cutting to a plan follows dimensions defined in advance. Taille sur œuvre takes the physical creation itself as its reference.
